Well Hello Sockbaby!

This is by far the funniest thing i've seen in months! The lines are instant classics, the fight scenes are astounding, and the run the dude in the hat does at the end of the first SOCKBABY makes it worth while.

But don't take my word for it! Check it out for your damn-self

Museum of the Native American

is freaking awesome! if and when you're in d.c. get tickets and check it out. there's art, interactivity, and facts on different tribes.

some crazy facts:

-9 out of 10 natives died just by the diseases brought over from europe.

-beads were extremely important in all tribes. if there was one unifying factor in any of the tribes it was beads. there was one outfit that had over 200 million beads.

-white people totally suck.

-dispite the fact that the natives were nakkid heathens, they invented time travel 200 years before Back to the Future.

-the flu, small pox, chicken pox, measels, and disentary were imported to the new world, but Europe got syphillis and herpies.

Here's my tribe, the Cherokee!

Kate's father's hometown's namesake; Menominee

Thoughts on the Holiday

I love thanksgiving!

thank god those injuns and the pilgrims got together and pigged out right before the whities decided that the natives where inhabiting the pilgrims land. wait til my family figures out that the blankets i gave them are infected with small pox.

here's somethings that i've learned on this no-so-traditional holiday:
1. a 625sq. foot apartment is alot smaller with 4 people and a dog in it.

2. turkey and yellowtail chardoney go really well together.

3. no matter what traditions are established in your family, they go out the window the moment someone gets married and moves away. and it works out just fine! esp. when you're in a huge city and there's a TON to do.

4. dogs are KICK ASS!

5. there is no five.

6. Charlie Brown Thanksgiving is a classic! It does not rate as high as Christmas or the all hallowed "CHARLIE BROWN HALLOWEEN" which is the greatest of the great.

Anywho.. so today the family and i are going down town to check out the National Museum of the Native American. Should be a good time.

Much love to those out there in turkey-land! peace oot!

The Beginning is the End is the Beginning

Another Blog!

My other one depresses me too much. This will be dedicated to entertainment and the daily goings on in my life. If anyone cares.

That's the strange thing about blogs, they are are so popular because they tap directly into our egos. LOOK AT ME! THIS IS WHAT I THINK! Even if two people read it, it is still a success. I mean it's great to read what friends and family think, but as for strangers, who cares? So I hearby declare that all blog run by people I don't know are to be deleted.

I'm going to go massage my swelling ego in the corner.
